Thanks to its fully automated operation, DRS requires minimal operator training. Its compact, ergonomic design and low power flash help ensure patient comfort. DRS is conceived to maximize patients flow work and it is entirely operated through its intuitive touch-screen interface. It supports single -or multi- field acquisition protocols, providing seven different 45° fields. It can be used both for screening and diagnosis.
My feeling is that the DRS by CENTERVUE is a game changer. I would unconditionally recommend the DRS for screening purposes. It is very easy to integrate the DRS into a telemedicine system. I have tried it and it works seamlessly with our platform, eyepacs.Jorge CuadrosOD, PhD, Assistant Clinical Professor; Director of Clinical Infomatics Research, School of Optometry, UC Berkeley
The CENTERVUE DRS camera has allowed us to monitor patients with ocular conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. The photo documentation is an important component to providing the best quality of care and we enjoy showing our patients high resolution digital images of their retina. The automation also makes the camera very easy to use. We believe the CenterVue DRS is a valuable piece of equipment for any optometry office.Jonathan ReynonOD, InView Eye Care, OD, PLLC
The DRS Camera from CENTERVUE … is the new frontier of digital retinal imaging. it is a major advance for telemedicine that gives high quality images at a much reduced cost to the healthcare system. It is compact, fully automated and has a low power flash that helps ensure patients’ comfort when they are examined.Dr. Norman RadtkeMD, Louisville, KY
Our staff loves our new camera, it saves them time and patients often comment on how automatic the process is. All the Doctors are very pleased with the quality of the retinal images and how easy it meshed into our current computer system. It has certainly been an improvement over our previous, much more expensive camera system.Larry FabianOD, Saratoga, CA
